compare manifolds for underfloor heating control
check the differences and choose
the right control manifold
for underfloor heating control
Thanks to a precise comparison of key technical parameters, you can quickly and consciously select a manifold for a specific installation. You gain full control over the selection process – from system compatibility, through the connection method, to the operating parameters of the device.
This solution helps reduce the time needed to analyse documentation and eliminates the risk of mismatched components at the design or installation stage. A clear comparison of differences allows for an immediate assessment of which solution best meets the technical requirements of the underfloor heating system.

three manifolds,
different possibilities
Requirements for underfloor heating control are now highly diverse. In some installations, the key factor is fast, repeatable installation and intuitive end-user operation. In others, what matters most is advanced integration with a heat pump, photovoltaic system, and building-wide energy management systems.
In response to these needs, two new devices from the evoFLOOR family have been developed. Although they are based on the same construction and housing, they differ in communication and configuration methods. As a result, each has been designed for a specific installation scenario – from simple systems to advanced, integrated installations.
evoFLOOR – intelligent control for demanding users
evoFLOOR is an advanced, intelligent manifold for underfloor heating control, equipped with two-way ISM radio communication, Bluetooth Low Energy (BT v4.2 LE), and an RS485 bus. This enables flexible integration with modern heating systems and building automation solutions.
The device supports 8 heating zones by default, with the option to expand up to 32 zones by connecting up to 4 manifolds into a single system. This makes it suitable for both medium and large-scale installations.

evoFLOOR X – a manifold for installations where installation time matters
evoFLOOR X is a wired version of the underfloor heating control manifold, designed without radio communication or Bluetooth. The system works exclusively with wired xTHERM 60U flush-mounted room thermostats.
The design concept is simple – no mobile apps, no device pairing, and no risk of incorrect system configuration. This approach significantly simplifies both installation and later operation.
For installers working on developer projects and serial installations in single-family homes, this is a key advantage. The system ensures high installation repeatability, eliminates the need for end-user training, and minimizes the number of service requests related to thermostat operation or pairing.

selection of a manifold for underfloor heating
The selection of the appropriate manifold for underfloor heating control can be simplified by answering three key questions regarding the system’s functionality and the investor’s requirements.
1. Is remote control and diagnostics required?
If the installation is to operate in a basic mode without remote access and advanced diagnostics, a good choice is evoFLOOR X.
If remote management and system performance monitoring are required, evoFLOOR is recommended.
2. Does the system operate in heating/cooling mode?
If the installation is intended to support both heating and cooling, the only suitable solution is evoFLOOR.
3. Is the building integrated with a heat pump, a PV installation, and the evoSYSTEM system?
In this case, the best choice is evoFLOOR combined with evoSYNC, and in mixed or hybrid installations additionally with miniMULTI, enabling full integration with the energy management system.
In all variants, the installer receives a uniform housing, a consistent installation method, and a standardized wiring logic. The differences concern only the communication layer and the level of integration – from autonomous zone control to full integration within an energy management ecosystem.
online configurator for installers
Selecting the right control components often takes a lot of time and requires precision. Our configurator significantly speeds up this process and reduces the risk of errors. Simply provide a few basic installation details, such as the number of heating zones or the type of actuators, and the system will automatically suggest appropriately matched devices.
The entire process comes down to 4 simple steps – once completed, you receive a complete configuration tailored to your installation.
