HEMS Dynamic is a new energy management solution for homes. The service operates within the ecoNET Cloud platform.

The HEMS Dynamic solution enables the analysis of energy prices from the grid in real-time (dynamic tariffs) and adjusts the operating time of devices to the tariff with the lowest electricity fee. Through the analysis of periodically collected data, the system can predict price fluctuations and optimize energy consumption to be most advantageous. Additionally, the service provides continuous monitoring and analysis of energy production from the photovoltaic installation as well as current energy consumption in the household.

The HEMS Dynamic service manages the priorities of device operation, continuously deciding where to utilize cheap energy from the grid (using dynamic tariffs) and electricity produced by the photovoltaic system to keep electricity bills as low as possible.

HEMS Dynamic is a tool that allows the purchase and storage of cheaper energy from the grid not only in batteries but also using heat or cooling, which, when appropriately distributed, can be used when there is no energy production from PV or when grid energy is expensive.
